How do I order from Reliance?

Print out the order form, fill it out and include it along with any photos, instant prints or 35mm color negatives. Be sure to also include any special instructions that would help us in processing your order. When enclosing payment with your order, please do not send cash. If you prefer, you may call our Customer Service Department and request pre-printed envelopes for ordering any of our products and services.


How long will my order take?

The average order will take five to ten working days in the lab. If you are in a hurry,use our RUSH SERVICE option, which will shorten the in-lab time to four to six days. Make sure to allow for the time it spends in the mail. During the Christmas season orders may take longer, so please plan early and allow for this. Complex orders may also require additional time to ensure proper handling.


Can I send more than one photo?

You bet! We will be happy to process as many photos as you would like. If you are selecting different offers for each photo, please attach notes to each photo, so that we will know what to do with each photo. You may stick or tape a note to the photo or you may write on the photo backs with a permanent marker. Note that ballpoint pens will smear.


Are discounts available for large orders?

Sometimes. Our pricing is already very low. Discounts are available when large quantities are made from the same photo. Please call for more information.


Can I split one of the offers?

Sorry - please order as listed on the order form or use the Mix & Match section for smaller quantities.


Can I communicate with Reliance by E-mail?

Yes! Send your questions to info@reliancecolor.com. You may inquire about your order or our services in general. For order inquiries, please include the full name on the order, the address and what you ordered. Note that we cannot accept digital photos or files at this time.
